Can everyone see things I put in support tickets?
The 60East Support site is divided into public and private areas.
The public sections of the 60East Support site consist of Announcements, FAQ, and Community Forums. This area is open to anyone.
Support tickets are in the private area, and are protected. All activities related to support tickets (opening, updating and attaching to tickets) are kept private. Support users are associated with Organizations based on e-mail domains used when a support ticket is opened. Users within an Organization have the ability to view tickets created within their Organization, but only the Owner of the ticket and 60East employees can submit updates to the ticket.
